Throughout the evening, we’ll be serving a delicious selection of Vietnamese-inspired dishes in small portions so you can taste a little bit of everything:

Mini bowls of pho – aromatic broth with noodles and fresh herbs
Rice with chicken in curry – comforting, warm, and full of flavour
Crispy spring rolls – freshly fried and perfect for dipping
Vietnamese-inspired boeuf bourguignon – slow-cooked and rich, served with freshly baked baguette
Banh mi – the iconic Vietnamese baguette sandwich with bold flavours and fresh toppings

The dishes will be served continuously throughout the evening, so you can grab another bite between trivia rounds whenever hunger strikes.

Teams of up to four people compete in classic quiz categories, with questions designed to be fun, challenging, and accessible. To keep things fair, phones are not allowed during the quiz.
